Terms & Conditions

1. Programs & Long-Term Containers

Cancellation before the program starts: Full refund is granted if cancellation occurs before the program begins, processed through the original payment method via Stripe.

Cancellation after the program has started:

• Within the first 90 days: Pro rata refund, with no additional fees.
• After 90 days: Pro rata refund, with a 15% deduction from the remaining balance to cover work already initiated and planning efforts.

2. One-on-One Sessions

Booking & payment: Sessions are booked and paid via Calendly. Confirmation is sent by email.

Cancellation policy:

• +48h: full refund
• <48h: 50% refund
• <12h or no-show: no refund

Expiration: Sessions must be used within 3 months unless specified otherwise.

3. Free Discovery Call

A complimentary 30-minute session is available for new clients. No obligation to purchase afterward.

4. Digital Products

Instant delivery via email. No refunds issued once accessed, in compliance with EU consumer law.

Intellectual Property: All content remains the exclusive property of Feminine Escapes. Redistribution is forbidden without prior consent.

5. Personalized Books

PDF books: Non-refundable, custom-made.
Printed books: Subject to Amazon’s return policies.

6. Bundles (Digital + Session)

Non-refundable due to inclusion of digital content. Sessions can be scheduled within 3 months post-purchase.

7. Payments & Refunds

All payments go through Stripe. Refunds (if eligible) are automatically issued to the original payment method.

9. Confidentiality

All 1:1 and group sessions are strictly private and confidential. No info will ever be shared without explicit consent.

Testimonials may be shared with altered names and anonymized details to protect client privacy.
